Kyle Spencer is a seasoned industry thought leader, board member, and venture capitalist with over 35 years of experience in the tech and outsourcing sectors. He has served as a senior executive with several top-tier companies and as CEO of two successful startups. Kyle is known for driving transformative initiatives, including intelligent automation, AI integration, and workforce efficiency improvements that have significantly impacted stock performance.

 

As SVP of Delivery at Gainwell, Kyle led a team of 7,000 employees, building and managing health and human services technology. At Perspecta, a $4.2 billion firm, he managed 12,000 people across federal, civilian, defense, and intelligence sectors. His turnaround experience includes senior roles at CSC and DXC, where he revitalized a $8 billion portfolio and directed service delivery for a global workforce of 30,000.

Kyle was instrumental in launching Dell Services, He also founded Insource Partners, which became the second-largest IT advisory firm globally, now part of KPMG. As President of VA Linux – Global Services, he built the world leader in managed infrastructure for the dot-com era.

 

His 12-year tenure at EDS included several executive roles, notably as President of the Service Area Management unit, where he oversaw the delivery of $2 billion in services across North and South America.
